Refund policy

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return your purchases. We'll be happy to help you with the process.

We only accept return requests for goods purchased on our website. For returns of products purchased from another retailer, please contact the original store of purchase.

We do not accept:

• Products damaged by misuse or showing signs of wear, even if they are still under warranty.
• Products that have been used, altered, assembled or installed, unless they are defective.
• Products you wish to exchange for a different colour or size.

Unless there is a manufacturing defect, we reserve the right to inspect the product and repair or replace the defective items at brand discretion.

Please return your products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Ensure that the original invoice, accessories, promotional gifts and warranty cards are included.

If you paid by Credit or Debit Card:

• 2–3 business days for us to receive the returned item.
• 2 business days to perform a quality check and issue the refund.
• 4–15 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.

Send an email to atonlinebh@alhawaj.com with your order number and contact details. Our representative will contact you to guide you through the process.

You can return items that were part of a promotion, but the promotional discount will no longer apply.

For Buy 1 Get 1 Free or bundle promotions, you must return the entire order to process the return online. Otherwise, contact customer service.

Once we receive the returned products, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, bank account, PayPal, or Tabby account).

If you paid by cash:

• Refund via bank transfer.
• Refund to your Shukran Pay wallet.
• Credit Voucher if wallet is not activated.

Credit vouchers can be used for shopping online or in-store.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

• Shipping charges will not be deducted if you qualified for free shipping.
• Cash on Delivery charges are refunded only if the entire order is returned.
• VAT will be refunded when the product is returned with the invoice.
• Charity donations are non-refundable.
